I bought 9 triple pane windows and had them installed. The sales experience was easy and direct. The installer, Eric, finished a beautiful installation leaving no mess in about 6 hours. The windows stay at room temperature even on the hottest days. My old aluminum windows stayed 85 to 90 degrees each. I am enjoying our windows and we will buy more as soon as we get this first round paid off. They offer 18 months no interest, so the financing was easy. Edit: I bought 5 more windows. The experience was even better the second time. We wanted to finish out the rest of the house because we liked the first batch so much. The installer called ahead and then showed up right on time and finished before lunch. It's so nice to have a tight seal on my windows and the white matches out inside trim perfectly. Is recommend them to anyone.

In July we contacted Window Depot to replace our 30 year old windows. Our sales agent Chase was easy to deal with. He explained the product, went over the features, and gave us time to think about it. He gave us a follow up call to see what we'd like to do and worked with us to get the job done. September the installation was completed and it looks beautiful. The installation team was Josh, Sean and Toby, they had everything installed in 2 days. These guys not only did the job they were very informative about the process. They were fully equipped to deal with anything that could happen and most importantly made sure everything was clean. Once things were wrapping up Sean, Toby, and Josh did a walk through each room and the outside with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. These guys were great. Mandy at the office made sure everything was seemless by coordinating the schedule and following up with us about the process. All in all we had a great experience. Our neighbors love the job and would like to use them also. This is a new company and their best feature is the team they're starting with. Hope you all do well and thank you again for our beautiful windows.

After confirming measurements, windows arrived quickly and in two days all work was completed. Interior and exterior areas were kept clean and tidy. The biggest surprise for me was the sound proofing benefit of the windows. We are one street removed from a four lane road and we don’t even hear the traffic anymore! I would do this again on my next house with no hesitation. The efficiency and energy savings were why I originally considered this but I have received greater saving and appeal than I expected.

Process was efficient, professional and smooth. Installer went above and beyond, our 35 year old farmhouse wasn’t always plumb square and the wood surrounds we’re not perfectly straight, he recognized this and came up with a quick solution for the outer surrounds that turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Process was efficient, professional and smooth. I highly recommend window depot for all your window or door service etc. I had a 10 am appointment Saturday and was very anxious about it so to calm my nerves the guys arrived 2 hours early (at 8am) and finished by 10. They did an excellent job and they cleaned up as they worked and hauled all thrash away . My husband was in awe of their friendliness and how they explained everything to him since he is a Nigerian and asked a lot of questions.

We own multiple rental properties and wanted to try Window Depot after using their competition. Mandy was great to work with! She proactively contacted me throughout the entire process. She even followed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied. As a bonus, price was better than competition. Lastly Eric, the installer, worked clean and the finished product was far better than my two precious installs from the competition. Great customer service, skilled Installers for less expense. I call that a Win, Win, Win and will be using Window Depot going forward.

The service was exceptional!! My technician (Eric) was very professional, quick, & went above & beyond to install my windows….they look fantastic!! I’ve already noticed a difference in the temperature in my home as well, I do not have to set the temp as low, highly recommend Window Depot.

Received a call stating that the people will be at my house at 8:30 in the morning on the day of installation. That is exactly the time they got there. They replaced all 4 of my windows in the front of my house in 3 hours. They did an absolutely AWESOME job! Thank you for everything y’all did.

Our salesperson brought window samples with him and explained the difference among various options. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. By the time he left, we felt comfortable enough to sign a contract. The installation process went just as smoothly. Our installer, Tank, and his crew arrived when they were scheduled to arrive, removed and replaced the windows, and cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend Window Depot.
